At Frosted Floral Memories, your flowers are carefully, lovingly handled and cared for while under our watchful eye before being sent back to you as a completed floral memory treasure filled with all your other memorabilia from your wedding or event.This how we process your flowers when we get them!
When we receive your Wedding Bouquet, Groom’s Boutonniere’, other Wedding Flowers or special event flowers, we immediately take digital pictures upon arrival to our Design Studio at our “Eagle Nest Ranch”.

Our preservation specialists carefully pre-treat and prepare your flowers to be processed in the Freeze Dry Machines!Ribbons, pearls, and crystals all stay intact and stay with your flowers.
Your flowers enter the preservation process which takes 3-5 weeks in the machine.Any faster time means your flowers are not properly being dried in the best manner and will result in wrinkled and crushed flowers.Silica Gel does that whereas freeze drying is far superior to any other method available producing perfectly naturally formed flowers!There are times our Freeze Dry Machines (we have three machines) are full and processing so your flowers will be staged and held in a “Holding Freezer” until a machine completes its cycle and becomes available.These holding freezers maintain the proper temperature to keep your flowers perfect until it is time to quickly whisk your flowers into an available freeze dry machine.
About three weeks after you sent your flowers to us, call our toll free # 1(877) 421 5610, and discuss your choices with one of floral preservationists.This is a good time to send any memorabilia you might want to be on display too.An invitation, program, picture, tiara from your veil etc..We will store your memorabilia in a safe place in our design studio so when your flowers are ready we can combine them into the display case you have chosen.Payment is due now after you have selected your display case.We never order your case unless it is paid in full. After the preservation process is complete we carefully dissemble the bouquet.Our Freeze Dry Preservationist Designer carefully will check the condition of EVERY flower!We tenderly restore (not replace) a wilted and/or crushed flower to get your flowers ready to be color-enhanced and sealed.Even though your flowers have been dried by highly technical machines, the bottom line, is that your flowers are now dried flowers.All dried flowers will fade through time to a wheat color, even deep purple or hot pink.Our colors will not change through the years with our color-enhancement and sealing process.
Our Design Consultant will contact you to discuss final confirmation of the design of your flowers.We are famous for preserving the entire Wedding Bouquet in its original glory!However we occasionally have a client who needs us to take out a few flowers so they can keep most of their Bridal Bouquet and afford it too.We can redesign your flowers in a 3-D pressed look as well.
Any ribbons, pearls crystals that were on your bouquet are re-assembled to complete the restoration of your preserved floral memory!
Your flowers are then combined with your stored memorabilia and display container in our display design department.
Your completed treasure, either in a frame or in a dome will be photographed digitally again.Our gentle shipper will carefully package Frosted Floral Memories beautiful “Work of Art”…”Labor of Love”, for you.After a thorough check from our lead Freeze Dry Artist, we will contact you to let you know your cherished treasure is on its way to you and your final payment will be made.Once again creating a perfect Frosted Floral Memory!!!!
